Waffle Mix 1 pkt/2kg

Water 2400 ml

Flavor 1/2 cap *optional

Method

1. Mix all ingredient with mixer at a low speed for 1 minute, then to high speed for 15 minutes to get an evenly mixed

mixture.

2. Scoop the mixture prepared in step 1 into a plastic container/tub

3. Set the waffle maker to 180 deg. C

4. Stir and apply the mixture onto the waffle maker and bake for 5 minutes. The surface of the waffle will turn golden brown once it is done.
